Šeik kupuje 8 poljoprivrednih kombinata sa 9.000 hektara

Šeik Muhamed bin Zajed al Nahjan planira velika ulaganja u našu zemlju. U poljoprivredu bar 200 miliona evra. A kako Novosti saznaju, interesuje ga i JAT.

Princ prestolonaslednik Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, šeik Muhamed bin Zajed al Nahjan sastao se u Beogradu sa najvišim srpskim zvaničnicima.
Dolazak arapskog šeika je uzvratna poseta Srbiji. Pre tri meseca u Abu Dabiju su bili srpski ministri odbrane i finansija Vučić i Dinkić.
Ova trodnevna poseta Muhameda bin Zajeda al Nahjana označila je i konkretizaciju dogovora postignutih u Abu Dabiju.
Izvesno je da će kompanija „Al Dahra“, koja je u vlasništvu šeika Al Nahjana, za oko 100 miliona evra, postati sa 80 odsto većinski vlasnik osam srpskih poljoprivrednih kombinata, koji poseduju oko 9.000 hektara zemlje. Naša država će ostati manjinski suvlasnik u ovim kombinatima. 
Planirano je i da ova firma u zakup uzme i 14.000 hektara obradivih površina, po ceni od 250 evra po hektaru godišnje. Partner iz Abu Dabija obavezuje se i na investiranje od 100 miliona evra u opremu i sisteme za navodnjavanje.
Pored toga, načelno je postignut dogovor da preko Razvojnog fonda Abu Dabija Srbija dobije donaciju ili „meki“ kredit, a koji bi se delom koristio za čišćenje i formiranje kompletne mreže za navodnjavanje i odvodnjavanje kanalom Dunav – Tisa – Dunav, kroz Vojvodinu, ali i tokom Dunava i Velike Morave u užoj Srbiji.

Drugi deo novca iskoristio bi se za dugoročne (na deset godina) kredite poljoprivrednicima namenjene kupovini nove opreme, pre svega sistema za navodnjavanje “kap po kap”. Šeik Muhamed bin Zajed al Nahjan preko svojih kompanija, planira da uloži i oko 150 miliona evra u razvoj novih vojnih tehnologija, pre svih raketni sistem NORA i ALAS, kao i u izvoz naše municije i oružja.

Partneri iz Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, tačnije šeik Tahnin (rođeni brat princa) planiraju da ovde otvore i banku. Njen osnivač bila bi jedna od najvećih banaka arapskog sveta Prva zalivska banka.
Ulazi se i u pregovore koji bi trebalo da se okončaju otvaranjem nove fabrike poluprovodnika i čipova, a kakve zainteresovana

kompanija „Mubadala“ već ima u Singapuru i državi Njujork. Najvažnije za realizaciju ovog projekte jeste odgovor srpske strane može li da se obezbedi 1.500 do 2.000 inženjera potrebnih za ovaj poduhvat. Projekat je, kako pišu Novosti, vrednosti oko osam milijardi dolara, a koliko danas vrede „Mubadaline“ fabrike u Aziji i Americi.

Kako partneri iz Abu Dabija trenutno rade servisiranje aviona u svojim hangarima u Švajcarskoj, vrlo su zainteresovani da taj posao prenesu u Beograd, odnosno da kupe „Jat tehniku“.Interesovanje postoji i za nacionalnog avio-prevoznika.

Šeika su na aerodromu „Nikola Tesla“ dočekali prvi potpredsednik Vlade Srbije i ministar odbrane Aleksandar Vučić, ministar finansija i privrede Mlađan Dinkić, načelnik Generalštaba Vojske Srbije Ljubiša Diković i direktor Bezbednosno-informativne agencije Nebojša Rodić.

Nakon svečanog dočeka na aerodromu gde je sleteo svojim avionom, šeik Muhamed bin Zajed al Nahjan je otišao u Predsedništvo Srbije. .

 

Sa šeikom UAE razgovarali su predsednik Srbije Tomislav Nikolić, predsednik Vlade Ivica Dačić, prvi potpredsednik Vlade Aleksandar Vučić, potpredsednici Vlade Jovan Krkobabić i Rasim Ljaljić i ministar finansija Mlađan Dinkić.

Kako je saopšteno iz kabineta predsednika Republike, zvaničnici su razgovarali o mogućnostima unapređenja i razvoja bilateralnih odnosa Srbije i UAE.
Predsednik Nikolić istakao je značaj saradnje između Srbije i UAE, posebno u sferi poljoprivrede, visokih tehnologija i u razvoju odbrambenih tehnologija i specijalizovane industrije.

Tokom razgovora visokih delegacija posebno su istaknute perspektive unapređenja ekonomskih odnosa između Srbije i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, kao i uspostavljanje sveobuhvatne saradnje u okviru realizacije najavljenih zajedničkih projekata.

Inače, veliki izvoznik nafte – Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati imaju privredu koja se razvija najbrže na svetu. Očekuje se da u 2013. ostvari rast realne ekonomije od 3,2 odsto, isti kao i prošle godine.

 Princ u Karađorđevu

Šeik i njegova porodica smešteni su u beogradskom „Hajatu“, gde će boraviti do petka. Planirano je da princ u četvrtak poseti Karađorđevo, budući da je strastveni lovac. Kako je u sredu rekao domaćinima, vrlo rado bi lovište u Maroku zamenio Karađorđevom. Plan je bio da poseti i Kopaonik, ali je ova destinacija ipak ostavljena za neku drugu posetu.

ŠOKANTNO: Kreće mikročipiranje ljudi i novorođenčadi (VIDEO)

Nevjerovatna vijest pojavila se u medijima diljem svijeta. Obama Health Care Bill zahtjeva da se svi građani i novorođenčad SAD-a čipiraju do ožujka 2013 godine. Hoće li se to ostvariti u tako kratkom vremenu ostaje da vidimo.

 - "Mikročip u kojem će biti ugrađena radio-frenkvencija (RFID) biti će umetnut u 'svrhu kvalitetnije medicinske skrbi'. Neke države poput Virginije već su u nastojanju da se takva ideja zaustavi prije nego se ozakoni. Kako je ovakav potez SAD-a svakim danom sve izvjesniji, Senatori Arezone Charles Schumer i Lindsey Graham donose zakone pomoću kojih bi svim građanima omogućili posebnu biometrijsku karticu (National Biometric ID Card) kako bi se mogla dobiti dozvola za rad. Pomoću te kartice i ugrađenog mikročipa te pomoću Big Brother elektroničke baze podataka za praćenje, moći ćete biti identificirani u svakom trenutku, gdje god se nalazili. Ta će kartica biti zamjena za osobnu iskaznicu kakvom ju danas poznajemo. Ovo je samo vrh ledenog brijega, od onoga što nas sve čeka u budućnosti", tvrdi Paul McGuire, prenosimo sa Newswithviews.com.

- "Bilderberg grupa dala je naredbu ugradnje mikročipa prvo u Americi pa kasnije i u cijelom svijetu. Mnogi zbog ovoga napadaju Obamu, no budimo realni, tko god da je na vlasti ovo je ideja još od Georga Busha", rekao je Paul McGuire, koji je o ovome pisao u svojim knjigama. "Nova tehnologija toliko je napredna da zvuči kao znanstvena fantastika. Sveti Pavao pisao je kako će Lažni Prorok vladati svijetom i natjerati će nas da primimo pečat zvijeri. Mikročip ne mora nužno biti taj pečat, već početak odbacivanja Isusa Krista i prihvaćanje Antikrista za našeg Boga. To su opasnosti i izazovi koji stoje pred nama", dodaje McGuire.

Harmonic Patterns in the Human Body

A larger pattern does indeed appear to be guiding evolution.When we take both the Blackman spectral analysis and Reflective Interference Model and compare them proportionally to Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man illustration, we find a number of correspondences between the resonant gap pattern and key locations in the human body.

The point of maximum resonanc

e (a 5:3 ratio) aligns precisely with the lower throat and top of the heart. The point of maximum damping (the golden ratio) then aligns with the lower heart. Together, these two locations correspond to the pumping action of the heart as it contracts in a twisting or wringing motion from top to bottom. Arms occupy this same resonant region, branching outward along the wide open pattern of gaps.

This cannot be only the result of natural selection or random mutation. Other correspondences include a pronounced stripe aligning with the top of the Vitruvian square and several gaps aligning with the brain, navel, perineum and knees. Based on these alignments, it seems undeniable that the human body is structured just like two musical tones diverging over an octave from the toes out to the fingertips. Thus, if the geometry of life is a function of harmonic resonance like a musical octave – then, the spine represents an axis of resonance in the body, partitioned into 24 discrete harmonicfrequencies.

To this point, if we take the radius of the circle to be 2π and then align one full cycle of a harmonic standing wave with the navel, the fifth harmonic (a 3:2 proportion) can be found to match the curvature of the human spine – exactly. More amazing than this, the location and spacing of the seven tones of a musical major scale align with the seven Hindu chakra locations in the body.

Even the traditional chakra colors align to these locations when the perineum (at the bottom of the torso) is assigned red at the bottom of the visible light spectrum. Obviously, someone understood harmonic interference patterns and their presence in the body a long, long time ago.
