Chito, the Croc Whisperer & Pocho the Crocodile - Love between Crocodile and Man
Deep
in the Costa Rican jungle, a fisherman named Chito discovered a
crocodile that had been shot in the eye by a cattle farmer and left for
dead. Chito was able to drag the massive reptile into his boat and
brought him to his home, where he stayed by his side for months, nursing
him back to health.
He named the croc Pocho. “I stayed by Pocho’s side while he was ill, sleeping next to him at night. I just wanted him to feel that somebody loved him, that not all humans are bad.” said Chito, ““It meant a lot of sacrifice. I had to be there every day. I love all animals –especially ones that have suffered.”
The day finally came when Pocho was strong enough to go back into the wild. Chito took him to a lake near his house and released him, but the animal simply got back out of the water and followed him home.
“Then I found out that when I called his name he would come over to me.” says Chito. The fisherman has been hesitant to tell his story, even though 20 years have passed since he first rescued Pocho who measured roughly 5.18 meters (17 feet) long. He and Chito played, wrestled and hugged on a daily basis. That bond, Chito said, took years to forge.
“After a decade I started to work with him.”, says Chito casually, “At first it was slow, slow. I played with him a bit, slowly doing more.”
Chito has told his story now only to raise awareness of the cruelty that can be done to animals, and the difference that affection and treating other rightly can make.
“He’s my friend, I don’t want to treat him like a slave or exploit him.” said Chito, “I am happy because I rescued him and he is happy with me because he has everything he needs.”
Pocho passed away in October 2011' of natural causes at about the age of 60. Hundreds attended the funeral of the giant “domesticated” crocodile!

Kosovo is Serbia, Kosovo je Srbija
For
14 years, since 3/24/1999. Serbia is bombing by all means! First with depleted
uranium (15 tons) and then lies, changing history, invented fault,
defamation, slanders ... from day to day, hour to hour, non-stop bombing

School for poor, Schools on the street, School under the metro bridge in India
School under the metro bridge in India.
At school, except for the two boards and two chairs nothing - neither a party nor a school building! Slumdog kids learn the basics of mathematics, learning to read and write in the street under the bridge, sitting on the bract. Rajesh Kumar Sharma says that the children are taught free of charge for over three years.
Parents can send their children to school, they have no money. So the school, which was opened by the teacher, Rajesh Kumar Sharma - the only way to gain the knowledge necessary for a full life. This school gives them a chance to get out of poverty. Initiative of his friend caught and Lakshmi Chandra, who also teaches 30 students from poor families.
School under the metro bridge in India. These children do not pull the ears to school. They do not skip classes and do not write off the homework from their peers. They want to learn. And every morning they gather under the bridge subway in New Delhi, capital of India. Here volunteer and enthusiast Rajesh Kumar Sharma (Rajesh Kumar Sharma) opened an impromptu free school for children living in slums.

Never Underestimate the Power of a Woman
This indigenous Brazilian woman stood up to troops during a protest to stop construction of the Belo Monte dam in the Amazon. She stopped the troops that day and today the Brazilian Federal Court stopped constuction of the dam because the tribes were not consulted about the disasterous effects the dam would have on their environment.

Bull, even grievously wounded by picadors, did not attack man.
This
incredible photo marks the end of Matador Torero Alvaro Munera's
career. He collapsed in remorse mid-fight when he realized he was having
to prompt this otherwise gentle beast to fight. He went on to become an
avid opponent of bullfights. Even grievously wounded by picadors, he
did not attack this man.
Torrero Munera is quoted as saying of this moment: "And suddenly, I looked at the bull. He had this innocence that all animals have in their eyes, and he looked at me with this pleading. It was like a cry for justice, deep down inside of me. I describe it as being like a prayer - because if one confesses, it is hoped, that one is forgiven. I felt like the worst shit on earth."
"Cows are amongst the gentlest of breathing creatures; none show more passionate tenderness to their young when deprived of them; and, in short, I am not ashamed to profess a deep love for these quiet creatures." - Thomas de Quincey
