Oscar Wilde story - “A Swallow fell in Love with a reed”
One day a swallow fell in love with a reed.
She flew to the reed and said: "Please, let me love you."
"What does it mean?" asked the reed respectfully.
"Well, I would fly around you for days, just to be able to watch you. In summer heat I'll gather water drops from the lake and spray them on you to cool you off"
The reed kept silent for a while, think and then said:"It is OK, I allow you to love me."
